Overview
Monty is a private personal automation assistant operated by Eric Huang for a small group of known household users. It is not a public consumer service.
Google user data Monty accesses
After a Google account owner grants permission, Monty may access Gmail messages and settings, calendars and events, Drive files, Google Docs, Google Sheets, basic account identity information, and the limited Google Photos data covered by the approved scope.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to perform features explicitly requested by an authorized user, such as reading and organizing information, coordinating schedules, updating permitted documents, and completing personal workflows.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored in encrypted form on privately controlled infrastructure. Workflow outputs and operational records may be retained when needed to provide the requested service, diagnose failures, or preserve user-requested results. Access is limited to the system's operators and authorized household users.
Sharing and transfers
Data may be processed by configured infrastructure and service providers only as necessary to carry out requested features. Monty does not sell Google user data, share it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness.
Google API Limited Use
Monty's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Control, deletion, and revocation
An account owner may stop future access by revoking Monty's grant in Google Account security settings. Requests to review or delete data retained by Monty can be sent to the contact below.
